Konie et al v. United States is a class action lawsuit on behalf of National Guard members denied drills, mobilization, promotion, reenlistment, or retirement credit due to the COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

Many Guard members were administratively separated or transferred to the Inactive Ready Reserve without due process.

The relief sought includes lost drill pay, retirement points, good years, correction of records, long term retirement protection, and optional reinstatement.
